    An organisation's ability to put the right people in the right positions is critical, while a poor recruitment decision can have a strong negative impact. Having the most appropriate people in correctly structured job roles is vital to any business. In collaboration with Beckwell, this service is designed to solve executive recruitment challenges. It is most appropriate for positions that are fairly senior, or difficult to fill, or particularly strategic. Beckwell's Executive Search Consultants are qualified both technically and professionally. We specialize in key industries bringing our clients targeted expertise and maximum exposure to the best opportunities in specialist area. The types of vacancies we fill include Presidents, CEOs, Vice-presidents, General Managers, and Senior Technical positions. Beckwell set up special  team for each project to facilitate the executive search process, showing the customization of effective service.

• Finalize the precise job specifications, responsibilities and qualifications of individuals to be considered and agree with you on the terms of employment, including compensation and benefits package. All of these will be used in discussions with potential candidates.

• Develop a list of prospective sources and candidates who appear to match your requirements. We will use our research facilities throughout our network to create a name list. On-going discussions and reviews with you will take place during this process.

• Conduct extensive discussions and interviews with relevant individuals to improve and refine the list of prospective candidates. Following interviews with potential candidates, in which we will determine their relevant qualifications and levels of interest, we will develop a short list of those who appear best qualified.

• Hold periodic review sessions with you to discuss prospective candidates who appear to be best qualified. We will then prepare detailed written reports describing both professional background and our assessment of the candidates' suitability (i.e. strengths and weaknesses) for the position. In particular, we will put the short listed candidates in comparative scales of low to high priority based on their "fit" with the job specifications.

• After you have reviewed the candidate reports, we will arrange for you to meet the candidates in a location at your convenience.

• When you have selected a candidate whom you consider to be most suitable, we will conduct reference checking and work with you in negotiating an acceptable offer. We recommend that offers be made subject to the receipt of satisfactory references from past employers, co-workers, customers or others who know him/her well.
